How do I place an order?

Simply call us on 01653 690010 or e mail info@powwowtipi.co.uk with your requirements. We will then calculate the final price and ask for payment. On receipt of your payment we will send you a confirmation of order and receipt for the payment.

If you wish to pay by card, please use pay-pal via our site. You can also pay by cheque or postal order or BACS payment.

Do you have any stock?

We sometimes do hold stock but mainly our tipis are made to order usually you will receive your tipi within three weeks of ordering. 

How long will my tipi take to make?

Usually within three weeks you will have your tipi delivered.

How waterproof are your tipis?

All our tipis are made in traditional cotton with a water resistant coating which gives about 98% efficiency.

What about delivery?

If you place your order without poles then delivery is through one of the major couriers (TNT DHL etc) roughly speaking it costs about £1.00 per kilo. If you order with poles then because of the size we have to deliver. We charge 50 pence per mile round trip based on the AA route planner.                         

Do you have a guarantee on your tipis?

All our tipis have a one-year guarantee on workmanship. If you find a fault please get back to us as soon as possible to have it rectified. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the life of your canvas, due to so many variable factors and canvas being a natural material.

Do you need planning permission for tipis?

Generally speaking you do not need planning, but you should confirm this with your local planning authority.

Please remember there can be a waiting list, particularly mid summer. Check on delivery times as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
